PROJECT IMBIBE
The story of Imbibe, a wine, spirits, and beer store, is a tale of the excellent service and profound knowledge offered at Josh Carter’s former eateries–St. John’s Restaurant and Meeting Place. Josh has always been a lover of wine and had long dreamed of opening a store. He enjoys tracking down the items that he wants to sell, meeting those who make them, and learning the stories behind them. Partners at BYD Broad, Dillard Construction, and the designers at Cogent Studio and Widgets and Stone all played an important role in the creation of Imbibe.
